Supplied in lengths as described in the table below.
Traditional Sets
Comprising of two jambs and one pre-trenched head, manufactured to accommodate individual door sizes.
Adjustable Head Sets NEW FOR 2007
A variation to the traditional casing or lining set, providing flexibility of stocks. The head is provided for the builder to cut to their own requirements and fits between two pre-trenched jambs.
Fire Rating
All Primer Mould FD30 casings and linings are ½ hour fire rated and comply with the requirements of BS 476: part 22. Grooves are 4mm deep x 10mm or 15mm wide. Intumescent strip is not supplied.
Door Sizes
All sets are available in both imperial and metric door sizes.
Hanging Tolerance
Sets are machined to provide a hanging tolerance, over and above door size, of 2mm to either side, 2mm to the head and 18mm beneath the door. Hanging tolerance can also be specified to accommodate your individual requirements.
Arrised
Face edge corners are machined to a 2mm radius for linings and a 3mm radius for casings.
Storey Height and Fanlight Sets
Manufactured to your requirements.
Door Stops
Available to separate order, ex-stock in 12mm x 25mm x 5.49m and 12mm x 32mm x 5.49m. Alternative sizes are available to order.
