Option 3 - NEW - Adjustable head door linings and casings.

The jambs are trenched leaving the head to be cut on site to suit the door width. Our Adjustable linings/casings suit 8 different door sizes.

• The head of the set can be cut on site to suit the door width
• Linings supplied with 12 x 32 Door Stop

Option 4 - Reversible door lining with adjustable head

Reversible, offering both a plain faced lining and lining for FD30 fire doors.

• The jambs and head of the lining are reversable offering both a plain faced lining for standard doors and a lining grooved for FD30 fire doors (15 x 4 Groove)
• The finished width of the lining is to your specification

Option 5 - Service option

Linings and Casings recessed for lock/latch and hinges.

• Help the builder save time and money on site
• Recessed for lock/Latch and hinges to your specification
• Available in traditional trenched head sets or adjustable head sets
• All recesses have a radius on each corner

Please Note:

Face Edge Corners
Face edge corners are machined to a 2mm radius for linings and 3mm radius on the shoulder for casings.

Door sizes
All sets can be manufactured in both imperial and metric door sizes.

Door stops
Available to separate order, ex-stock in 12 x 25mm x 5.49m and 12 x 32 x 5.49m. Alternative sizes are available to order.

Certifire
W Howard are CERTIFIRE approved to manufacture MDF door lining and casing sets for use with specified fire doors.

Fire Rating
All Primer Mould FD30 casings and linings are half hour fire rated and comply with the requirements of BS 47: part 22. Groves are 4mm deep x 15mm wide, intumescent strip is not supplied.

Hanging Tolerance
Sets are machined to provide a hanging tolerance, over and above door size of 2mm either side, 2mm to the head and 18mm beneath the door. Hanging tolerance can also be specified to accomodate your individual requirements.
